Jenny’s Pilates Journey

I have been teaching Pilates since late 2004.  I was introduced to Pilates as a group exercise instructor (spinning and strength training) in 2004 and noticed the immediate benefits to her own body.  I transitioned from group exercise instruction to solely Pilates over the years, and now have my own small studio with equipment for one or two people.  I enjoy applying the principles of Pilates and good body mechanics to different bodies and especially look forward to the “aha” moments when a client is able to find the strength of their own bodies to help them move better and feel better.

  • I trained in the Stott Pilates method, with a contemporary Pilates repertoire (https://www.merrithew.com/instructor-training/stott-pilates)
